According to the requirements of the document "Implementation Plan of Three System Reforms of Jilin Forest Industry Wood-based Panel Group Co., Ltd." issued by the superior company, Lushuihe Group completed the internal competition for office managers on July 13th.

Before the competition, Lushuihe Group held three publicity meetings on system reform mobilization, systematically interpreted and answered questions on relevant schemes and policies, and set up a competition working committee, a competition working group, a competition supervision group and a competition judging group to organize, evaluate and supervise the whole competition work, so as to ensure that the procedures and contents of the competition work are objective, fair, just and open. 

In this competition, eight management positions in Lushuihe Group were recruited internally. The competition was divided into two parts. The first part was the competitive speech of the candidates within 3 minutes, and the second part was the random question-and-answer on the spot. The competition judges are composed of members of the leadership team of Lushuihe Group. The judges scored the competitors from the aspects of past work performance, on-site performance, comprehensive analysis ability and communication and expression ability. 

After a day of competition, according to the results of the competition, Lushuihe Group immediately held a joint meeting of the party and government, and conducted a full study and discussion based on the competition results, daily work performance and the actual needs of the post, and finally determined the post holders, and publicized the competition results according to the prescribed procedures.
